As part of my duties as Commercial Manager, we expanded our retail footprint by opening a new sales point in Valle de Bravo, Mexico, while also renewing our existing store in Polanco, Mexico City. To support both locations, I provided comprehensive assistance with orders, inventory management, shipping, pricing, and administrative tasks.
Additionally, I was in charge of forged partnerships with museum shops, retail stores, and distributors in the United States. To enhance customer engagement, we offered factory tours to domestic and foreign visitors, showcasing the intricate process of Talavera production.
I regularly conducted training sessions with our sales team, sharing insights and best practices to elevate their performance.
“It's important to remember that sales have a short-term focus, while marketing is a long-term investment. The ultimate goal is to meet customer needs effectively."
"Marketing encompasses all aspects of customer satisfaction, from product development to distribution and consumption. By exceeding customer expectations, we build loyalty and attract new business."
