Under the guidance of renowned ceramicist David Zimbron a leading expert in ceramics, we implemented a Research Protocol to improve Talavera production efficiency and ensure consistent quality. We established scientific methods and management controls to streamline production and guarantee the highest standards.
We established a Quality Assurance department, implemented the 5S methodology, and created a detailed "Guide for quality assurance of finished pieces."
